The recipient of a bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, Chua Tee Lian is a family physician based in Singapore with nearly three decades of medical experience. Chua Tee Lian began his career as house officer in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the National University Hospital in Singapore.

Chua Tee Lian has since worked at Singapore General Hospital, Changi Hospital, HMI Balestier Hospital Pte Ltd., Frankel Clinic, and Liang Clinic. Since 2000, he has acted as director and clinic manager at C & K Family Clinic, where he provides a wide range of family health care services to his local community. This care includes vaccinations, health screening, lifestyle management, and minor surgical procedures.

Mr. Lian holds certification as a family physician from the Singapore Ministry of Health Family Physician Accreditation Board. Earlier in his career, he served one year as medical officer for community health services with the Ministry of Health.
